He communicated with us throughout the process, sending us pictures of the molded areas they remediated. (We were staying in a hotel while they did the remediation because I'm in a wheelchair and couldn't get around while things were torn up.) When they were done and we returned home, the house was extremely clean and ready for the subs to come and renovate the place. The remediation process itself was well shy of a week! "The actual testing went smoothly and the technician was knowledgeable and helpful. The problem came with the hard sell afterwards trying to get me to buy mold clean up supplies for a room that their own testing proved was no more "moldy" than what was already present in the outside air. The results came in a phone call where the salesman insisted I speak to another company about those supplies, refused to give me contact info instead insisting that a second phone call had to be made. It felt like I was dealing with a used-car salesman. I did get the results and reasonably intelligent person could read them without the salesman or multiple phone calls."
