Prices were fair and reasonable for above-builder-grade product on 2 (Carrier Performance Series) HVAC unit replacements. They were very accommodating on meeting the timeline promised. My ONLY issue was that a bit more care could have been exercised on the install... but it was hotter than Hades, making conditions brutal! I am choosing Ragsdale to continue to service our units. The plumbing technician came out to evaluate the work to be done. He was very knowledgeable and said I would need an electrician. The electrician came the following day and explained in detail the work he needed to do. The following day both the electrician and the plumbing tech came together and installed the tankless water heater. I was very pleased with their work and professionalism. I will use Rooter ProXpress for future projects and highly recommend them."
