This entire job was completed in four days. They came back twice to fix two little painting spots I needed fixed and did so without complaint. My next home projects are already in the planning process with Woodworxâ s. The entire crew was polite, professional, and on time every day. I was kept updated with progress, and with any information that needed to be relayed back to me, was done so in a timely manner, so that I could make a decision as to which way to go. "The company installed the windows several years ago and we really like the quality of the windows and the installers. Respectful of property. The only issue we had recently was one of the inside security tabs broke. They sent someone within a week. Very nice person. I was caught in traffic and he waited 10 minutes for me to get home. He replaced the security tab in under 30 seconds. Asked if we were happy with the windows, told him we were. They don't give the energy savings they claim, but the house stays a more comfortable temperature and the outside noises were diminished dramatically."

"Sales was excellent, but that’s where it ended. Was told someone would come out for accurate measurements to send to manufacturer. No one ever called. Soon i was charged for the doors to be made but never had official measurements taken and it was like pulling teeth for someone to provide me proof that measurements were taken when no one was home. I was told it happened on 10/31 but I was out of state. So must have broken into my property to do it then? Skip ahead two months, one door shows up to be installed but can’t as it doesn’t fit. Shocking. Three months later all doors arrive for install. First time I touch it the screen falls off my patio door. On the other door the hardware isn’t what I ordered to begin with and there is a dent in the steel paneling. So one of three doors is working out for me. In total, it’s been six months since i signed on the contract and i haven’t so much as received a “hey, we’re sorry this has been awful and we really appreciate your $15,000. How can we make it right?” Instead I have to inquire DAILY with someone from installation scheduling (since this is the only contact I have aside from sales) about when and how management is going to fix it. I went with Champion as for the warranty and quality of work. Never again"
