"Andy and his team at Paradigm completed a drainage system job with water backup on the driveway wall in addition to waterproofing in our basement. They were professional, friendly and very responsive when we had an issue after the installation, coming by and fixing it that day for no cost. We are going to contact them to do work in the future due to the great experience we had working with them."

"Excellent. Crew was at my house within an hour of my call. Within 5 hours of waking up to no hot water they had a new water heater installed along with an emergency cutoff valve I requested and had cleaned up all the leaked water."

"Sales rep measured rooms and windows to perform a load cal'n. Proposed a quality Carrier system at a reasonable price. The installation took a little longer than expected due to use of an inexperienced helper, but eventually it appeared to be a quality installation. They met my requests for minor modifications/enhancements to allow easier maintenance. Workers wore masks at all times, used drop cloths along walking paths and shoe covers, so the job was kept clean. Took time to explain system, installation and maintenance points. Were honest about risk of condensate pipe freeze-up and potential remedies, and "orphaned" water heater. Overall, quite satisfied with the equipment and installation. Awaiting finalization of punch list paperwork items."

"The workmanship was very professional and cleaned up afterwards. Wouldn't even know they were here. Billy did an excellent job with the removal and instillation of a new hot water heater. Brought the instillation up to code by adding a drip pan and expansion tank. I have them coming back to replace valves for washing machine and installing shutoff valves."
