"Not satisfied at all. The carpet removal was not careful about scratching and denting the baseboards and left large gaps between the floor and baseboards. Left carpet remnants under the transition bar and replaced it sloppily. The hardwood was poorly finished, missing areas around railings, and leaving significant flaws unaddressed. Our calls for follow up were returned with promises of coming back to address our complaints, but in fact, they made excuses and never came back to inspect and/or correct the issues. We will be hiring someone else to actually finish the job professionally, which is a cost and inconvenience, of course. Needless to say, we do not recommend you use this service."

"Frank and his son did a fantastic job installing our luxury vinyl plank flooring for a very reasonable price!! Frank was so easy to work with. It took me about 3 weeks to decide on a color and then because I waited so long, the flooring wasn't going to arrive in time. Frank suggested a color closely matching my original choice and came back to my house with a sample so I could see it. He was so patient with me while I made this decision. I explained that I've never made a big purchase that I didn't experience Buyer's Remorse after and find a reason, no matter how crazy, that I was unhappy. Frank wasn't worried. He said it would take 2 to 3 days and they would need to remove and reinstall my bathroom toilet, and they would move all the furniture and washer/ dryer. The week before we were scheduled for installation, my powder room toilet broke and we needed a new one. I called Frank and asked since they were going to uninstall and reinstall my current toilet would it be possible to just install a new one? NO PROBLEM!
