"It went very well. Our window shattered late the night before. We called the company first thing in the morning and left a voicemail. Someone called back about an hour later and took a description of the issue. We texted him a photo and he gave us a price right away. He showed about about 2 hours later. He came is with a mask (Coronavirus protection) and we straight to the window. He popped it out, took it into the back of the truck parked outside, where they did the replacement right on site. It took about 1 hour and it popped back on the frame very easily."

"Highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. Extremely satisfied with the project work. Has water leakage into the house above the living room double windows. At first thought that the source was a roof overhang above the window. Angel gave an estimate for the work assuming it was the source. However, he warned that source could be from cracks in to mortar of the rock façade and would not know until some of the interior dry wall above the window and the roofing on the overhang was removed. Unfortunately the overhang was not the source of water intrusion. Thus had to remove the rock façade to find the source. Anel gave me a revised estimate for the work needed. So the damaged exterior wood was replace and interior drywall section replaced. The outside section where the rocks were removed was properly waterproofed. Instead of rock had this section replace with bricks. Also since the second floor window just above the leak and the double living room room window were in need of repair or replacement, had these windows replaced. Angel kept us informed as work progressed. His crew were very respectful and knowledgeable. The project results were extremely satisfying. As the project was being completed, my neighbors were very much impressed with workmanship and beauty of the work. Again highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. I anticipate that I will use them for future projects."

"I had windows installed and that went well. I also had repair of siding and that went well except a large portion of my front lawn was destroyed and no efforts made to offer to repair it. That was disappointing. Gutters were installed and that went well."

"About 1 year ago, I had leaks under two windows in my house, and Geno recommended replacing both windows and installing a soffit. I thought the problem went away, but it turned out that in the case of driving rain one window still leaked. I called Geno and he came back out. He couldn't see what the problem was, and thought it was the masonry. I called a mason, and he said it was the window, so Geno came back and tried recaulking it. There was still an intermittent leak. Geno came back again, and tested the window with a hose, and found that it was definitely the window... so he replaced the whole thing again. It turned out that the window (Camelot) had water inside it... a faulty window. At this point I should have had to go through the warranty process, but Geno didn't bother - he just paid to replace the thing. It's taken me a long time to write this review because I wasn't sure that replacing the window was going to fix the leak... but it has. And I give Geno a lot of credit for continuing to come back and fix it when I'm sure any other contractor would have just stopped returning my phone calls. I'm afraid that he probably lost money with all the return trips, but he was always friendly about it, and he lived up to his word of  never forgetting his customers. Thanks Geno! <br />"
