"I signed a contract on the first week of June to have PIC Home ?Pros? remodel 3 bathrooms. They stayed for a week in the middle of September, and stopped coming, leaving a vanity in one bathroom, and a shower door in another bathroom completely uninstalled. On the last day here, I was told shower door still has not been manufactured yet, but would take a couple of weeks. They told me that it would cost $150 to have them come back to finish installation, even though contract was for them to complete the work. They ignored my emails to them, so after waiting for 3 weeks and receiving response to my email, I called them, and was told that the shower door is not ready, and even though it?s been 4 months since it was supposed to be ordered, there is still no ETA. I asked that they come back to install the vanity, since we still have no sink in one bathroom. I was told that would cost another $650 to come back and install it. They will work until they are paid in full, then abandon you. "

"I contracted Black Stallion Enterprises LLC to replace the roofs on two of my houses. The entire process from the initial estimate to completion was fair, easy, transparent, and professional. They arrived promptly, completed the job on time and within budget. The workers were clean and worked full days with minimal disturbances to our everyday activities. Joe oversaw the job and provided step-by-step updates, explaining what was being done and the reasoning behind it. Additionally, where things were not done properly by the original builder, BSE added the necessary products and fixed it, all within the original price estimate. The roofs look beautiful, and we are already seeing efficiency as a result of the replacement. The BSE team followed up after completion to ensure we were happy. They definitely stand behind their work and materials. I highly recommend BSE for all construction projects and will hire them again."

"I hired Long Roofing Products to replace my roof. From the beginning the sales man lied to me, telling me that they could take off my Gutter Helmets and put them back on correctly. This was lie #1. They have null and voided the warranty of my gutter helmets, because they were not supposed to touch them and according to Gutter Helmets all the roofers know this. lie #2 there were missing pieces on the ends of my gutter helmets to prevent the birds from getting into the gutters. The salesman told me they would order the piece from Gutter Helmets and replace it. This was never done. I have contacted them several times and they continue to tell me they will fix it and they never do. I would NEVER recommend them, I would only tell you NOT to use them. They talk a big game but never follow thru with their promise's."

They were personally invested in our project and wanted to make it the home of our dreams. The team includes an amazing designer, Nataly, who helped with selecting finishes. The onsite foreman, Adriano, demonstrated expertise and kindness. Seichelle and Marco did an excellent job with operations, ordering materials and problem-solving. We have been back in our home for 10 months. Anytime I have an issue, Seichelle and the team have addressed it. They have gone above and beyond what is expected. In addition, they patiently navigated me through a difficult permitting process from start to finish. Once the work was started, I had a gorgeous new deck in just over one week. "Our heater stopped functioning on Nov 27, 2023 and we called Petro who had done the maintenance on it before and replaced a motor two years ago. They were responsive and a technician came two days later. He worked for 3 hours without explaining what the problem was. Then said he needed to replace the motor. He fixed the problem and left without much explanation. Two days later a bill of $2500 came via email. No explanation, no break-down. I called 4 times over the last 20 days, spoke to 4 different reps and was promised that a supervisor will contact me with the bill details. Nothing happened. Irresponsible customer service and unprofessional behavior. They show all the symptoms of big, bureaucratic, and indifferent service company. I would not recommend Petro if you have options of more personalized services."
