General roofing solutions after seeing his work the previous year in my neighborhood and neighbors giving great verbal reviews regarding roofing done after last year’s storms. Israel communicated well regarding work to be done and estimate prior to hire .The crew was well mannered and ensured decent clean up during the process of tearing off and replacing my roof so we could enter/leave my home as needed. Hardest working crew I have ever seen!! They stayed extremely long hours over 2 days due to a shift in Mother Natures forecast , completing my three tiers of roofing over 3000 ft sq house and 3 car garage - WOW! Israel personally checked in with me several times during the process and again the day after completing the roof — terrific customer service !! The day after completion Mother Nature delivered her forecaster rain for 2 days then snow with no issues with my new roofing . Thanks ? Israel ….. I look forward to working with you again !"

"A new to us home had severe mold overtake our basement when
the humidity soared while we we on vacation.  We really had a situation.
We looked up Custom Craft on Angie's List.  We called left a message and Rich called right back.
He came out and gave us a analysis and quote within 1 day.  We were reluctant to trust a contractor based on 
a recent bad experience. We decided to proceed with Custom Craft - we really needed to act fast.
My trust was well placed.  They came out and put a mind boggling amout of equipment
in our home to make it safe to live in.  They ripped out everything infected, dry wall, remodeling lumber, insulation, 
which was several days for the crew.  The sorted our personal items and saved many of them.  They
then cleaned and disinfected our basement.
This was an unpleasant project and a lot of work.  
They got it done to make our home safe and protected our home investment.
Rich gave us free follow-up advice.
These guys did a great job for us.
Also - I recommend a good 60-100 pint dehumidifier in your basement.
If your basement was sheet rocked in the 70-80's,
you may want to  explore whats behind the drywall.
Basements require special remodeling practices and
they did not do it right back them.

"From start to finish the entire crew led by Brian were amazing!  They were prompt and worked all day and cleaned up after themselves.  They took the time to educate us on what was being done.  I loved their friendly attitude and could not be happier.  Brian even replaced my old bird feeder and put up a bird house for me even though it was not in the contract!  Now talk about Midwest hospitality.  I would highly recommend Hip and Ridge Construction for any future projects!  Todd kept every promise and then some!  We live in Los Angeles and have our vacation home is located up in North Western Wisconsin.  I was blown away with the service and how fast everything got done.  I also know they did an exceptional job because a visiting friend in the same business stated so!  Todd the owner even checked up on us several times just to make sure we were enjoying our vacation and if we needed anything at all!  Talk about A+ service!  They offered us financing and made the entire process easy!
