Both Malcolm and his coworker were very hard working, communicative, and took pride in the quality of their work. They put in 10 hour days and took the time to explain the state of things at the end of the day. Our job ended up taking longer than 40 hours - they stayed an extra day to get it done and we paid the for the extra hours and the materials.
