The end product is beyond our expectations! The workmanship was precise with daily cleanup, which we found most considerate. Communications with the owner, Glenn Stagg, as well as the on-site team, was incredibly professional, and regular. When we had an issue, Glenn personally created a solution that exceeded in delivery what the initial issue had presented as a potential problem. Subcontracting where needed, Glenn personally oversaw the project from start to finish and responded to all situations with customer- centered attention: "I just want you to be happy with your porch" was his standard response. We most emphatically recommend Decked Out!"

". After meeting with Mr. Norman, he was able to give us a reasonable estimate on the spot. Scheduling was also a factor in our decision since we wanted the project done before family was due to visit. After letting him know we wanted to move forward, he was able to schedule a crew within 2 weeks even though there was a lot of rain in the forecast. The old deck was removed and a very sturdy, new deck was built in less than week. The head carpenter, Bobby, does excellent work. The vinyl replacement on front porch railing looks fantastic!
