"David did such an excellent job on removing cat furball stains, as well as stains that arose shortly after we moved in 2.5 years ago! When a commercial carpet cleaning company, hired by the landlord, cleaned the carpet, it was a wet and vacuum. We know, because we hired the same company when we moved out of our previous apartment. David has a four step process that works so much better, because it doesn't leave soap in the carpeting. The stains were completely gone! During our final walk-through, our landlord was amazed. She was aware of the large pet stains from the previous tenant popping up. Also, the fragrant smell of the carpet cleaning was very pleasant and not over-powering.
