He fully inspected our very high chimney and came back with some excellent suggestions for how we could save our fireplace and continue to use it with wood or gas, in addition to fixing our leaking chimney. Our old chimney cap had been sealed and resealed many times, so it was hard to get off, but Ryan persevered with a cheerful attitude. Soon it was off and our beautiful new cap was installed. Then he finished repairing and resurfacing our fireplace. The work was immaculately done. When it was over, he informed me that he had reduce our bill below what he bid it because he did not have to spend as much time on our firebox as he had thought. When does this ever happen? What a guy. This is the best experience I have ever had with a contractor (and I am 62 and have owned about a dozen homes)."

Contractor installed the chimney cap that looked questionable, cheap, and came in a store box (not custom). Easter Sweeps verified it was not installed incorrectly, not to code, and just covered one flue not all 3 chimney flues. Our suspicions were verified by Easter Sweeps. Easter Sweeps replaced the chimney flue with a custom chimney cap. Highly recommend Easter Sweeps!"

Indicated on service report that lew PMP crown 10 yr warrenty would cost $375, parge coarses to be solid 165.00per courses x2 coarses; 2 holes in smoke chamber @ no charge; reseal flashing for 100.00 amounting to 804.00. After discount, costs was 723.00. I did not get any pictures of work before and after job was completed. <br /> I did not get an estimate from another company at that time and I know I should have gotten at least three for cost of repairs before starting each project. <br /> They were called out after hurricane sandy to fix leak on chimney where concrete had eroded. He handled our roofing repair quickly (after a couple of reschedules for the initial visit) and we felt the price was very reasonable. Unlike other companies who gave us high estimates after only a cursory glance at the leak location, Brad got on the roof and started taking out shingles until he got to the source of the problem.
