"Ryan came out right on time. He is so friendly and competent. He fully inspected our very high chimney and came back with some excellent suggestions for how we could save our fireplace and continue to use it with wood or gas, in addition to fixing our leaking chimney. He had a bid to us very soon. We signed and he ordered the specialize cap. As soon as it came in, he scheduled our installation. It just happened to fall on the hottest day of the year. Our old chimney cap had been sealed and resealed many times, so it was hard to get off, but Ryan persevered with a cheerful attitude. Soon it was off and our beautiful new cap was installed. Then he finished repairing and resurfacing our fireplace. The work was immaculately done. When it was over, he informed me that he had reduce our bill below what he bid it because he did not have to spend as much time on our firebox as he had thought. When does this ever happen? What a guy. This is the best experience I have ever had with a contractor (and I am 62 and have owned about a dozen homes)."

"We called Precision to get a second quote and we're glad we did. The first provider wanted to resurface the entire chimney for $3K. The gentlemen from Precision came to do the work, which is fairly difficult, and then returned to repair part of the damper that was damaged during the job. Very professional and ethical team. "They removed the roof and they replaced it. They also replaced the wood trim that was wrapped around the roof too. Workers were prompt in the morning and had the old roof off in about 2 hrs. There was extensive wood rot to the fire resistant plywood, but they handled it like professionals. Because so much wood had to be replaced they barely got done before the sun went down but someone from the company came out the next morning to make sure my property was cleaned and clear of all debris."

"I think that the reason that I went with them is because they got a good rating on Angie's List. The way that they treated me was fine. They were prompt and courteous. The only thing that remains for me to be completely satisfied with their work would be to see that the firebox is working good. The price was a bit of an issue. They charged $600 to replace two panels in the firebox and do a chimney sweep which was okay with me. They then said that the chimney sweep did not get all of the glaze or deposits in the flue but that was also understandable before it's been 15 years and we never had any sweeping done on it. So they have to come again and do what they call a whip action that loosen up the glaze in the flue followed by another chimney sweep and I had to pay $200 for that. They didn't get it all but they said that there's is very very little left and then it wouldn't be a fire hazard."
