Michael arrived on scheduled time and provided a firm estimate and explained exactly what work would be done and what to expect. One of Michael's team members arrived ahead of installers and ground down several bad cracks in garage floor. Installers arrived on day 1 and filled in cracks and installed top coat and flakes. Day 2 installers arrived and removed excess flakes and installed top coat. Had to wait for 3 days to use garage... the wait was well worth it. My garage floor was both cracked and stained... just plain ugly... Now it is beautiful. Thanks a million for a job well done."

"We just had our office floors replaced by Artistic Floors. Best experience with a contractor EVER. Owner showed up on time for our meeting to get a quote.Materials came in on time. Staff showed up promptly the day of install. They finished in exactly the amount of time they said they would. They were courteous and clean throughout install and cleaned the entire front walk, driveway and path throughout house that they used to get to the room. There were parts of the install (pieces of baseboard) that couldn’t be finished because of a large built in we we were waiting on. As soon as I contacted owner to let him know we were ready, the team was there (on time) a few days later to complete . Awesome job and product and floors look great!"

The prep work on the walls (sanding, repairing dings, etc.) was excellent.  It was nice to have the estimate for work prepared, presented and performed by the owner of the business instead of a sales/marketing rep.  I would recommend Tom to anyone needing quality interior painting.

Curb Appeal was a little higher than other contractors but the owner made an effort to get the work and I chose him because of this. The crew arrived a few minutes late due to traffic but once they started they were able to place 4.5 cubic yards of concrete in less than one hour.
