The end product is beyond our expectations! The workmanship was precise with daily cleanup, which we found most considerate. Communications with the owner, Glenn Stagg, as well as the on-site team, was incredibly professional, and regular. When we had an issue, Glenn personally created a solution that exceeded in delivery what the initial issue had presented as a potential problem. Subcontracting where needed, Glenn personally oversaw the project from start to finish and responded to all situations with customer- centered attention: "I just want you to be happy with your porch" was his standard response. ". After meeting with Mr. Norman, he was able to give us a reasonable estimate on the spot. Scheduling was also a factor in our decision since we wanted the project done before family was due to visit. After letting him know we wanted to move forward, he was able to schedule a crew within 2 weeks even though there was a lot of rain in the forecast. We have a large patio that extends across the entire back to the house . They had pour a new patio and worked around in an existing air conditioning unit.
