The third party material supply company fouled up the delivery (no fault of S&S) however S&S quickly offered to respond to my home on a Saturday to correct the matter no questions asked. The estimator showed up at the start of the job to insure installers had a complete understanding of customer expectations. The crew arrived on time every day, were polite and professional. They work a full day every day until compete. Upon finishing the job they cleaned up all debris, scrap, and yes even cleaned saw dust from all driveway surfaces and walk ways. The yard was raked and left over materials were stacked neatly in place. Price was mid range and quality of work excellent. Highly recommended!"

"Working with Mark was exactly like one hopes it to be when hiring a contractor. After his first visit to determine the scope, he quickly completed the estimate and said he would be available in less than 3 weeks. We compared the price to another larger company who was about 35-40% higher, we decided to go with Mark. He started on the promised date, and completed the work on the original schedule. He always came when he said, and was good at communicating with us. His assistant Chris did a fair amount of the job on his own, and took great pains to do a super-precise job, even though there were some difficulties due to our 60-year old house having walls not plumb. The results are fantastic, we are very happy. We did use an outside contractor to install the glass shower enclosure, and he commented on how accurately the shower had been completed. Wolak is a top-quality contractor who is reliable and fairly priced. The price shown below is mainly for labor and some materials, we did purchase the tile fixtures and some materials on our own. Overall, we give Wolak Interiors a 4-star rating."

"I purchased the 3 Room Special from Angie's List for $399 to have my kids bedrooms painted. The house is brand new and has the cheap contractor flat paint on the walls. Steve contacted me within 48 house and we set up a date for him to come view the rooms. After he measured the rooms they were over the square footage. I believe the deal was for 3 13-by-13 rooms. My rooms were 12x16, 12x18, and 10x8, or something close to those dimensions. Steve originally quoted me an extra $80 for the additional square footage, but had no probelm dropping the price down to 50 which was a little more reasonable for me. My husband and I had already primed one of the bigger rooms so he went ahead and painted the ceiling as well in that room for no additional charge, but wanted to charge $150 for the other two rooms. I felt the price was a bit much since the ceiling in the biggest room is small because the walls angle on each side of the room so it's not square. Luckily since the rooms were painted white you really can't tell the ceilings were not painted. I chose to use the paint he recommened which was Sherwin Williams and for a 5 gallon bucket he charged us $120 which I thought was very reasonable. He was 10 minutes early, and ready to get started. I am 100 percent happy with the job he did. He did not make a mess and was very professional. I would definitely use him again based off the price from Angie's list, but the other price he quoted for the ceiling just seemed to be extremely high for the size of the two ceilings.
