We will have no problem selling this house. We were home the entire time our installer worked on the kitchen. The guy worked hard and he did a great job. I consider myself handy, but I wouldn't taken this project on. Glad we didn't decide to paint. Everyone that sees our kitchen loves it, For reasons I can't explain, they think the kitchen is larger. That is okay with us. If you are okay with your kitchen's layout and the cabinet frames are okay, then this is the way to go."

They not only explain their responsibilities but your responsibilities during the entire process. Furthermore, they show you a visual representation of what you and what they have agreed to. But to me, the best part of this process was one you have decided what you are looking for, they walk you through the purchasing of the items you will need for the renovation. As a novice in home decorating, this was a God send. Sometimes colors are not always what they seem in the catalogs and IKC helps with the matching of thinks like matching the granite countertops, the cabinets and the backwash. Not to mention the flooring. Their pricing was, I believe, a little above the average, but the extra steps they took to make your kitchen look great was well worth it. I would recommend this company to anyone that wanted to upgrade to their kitchen."

"We met at a Home Depot to  pick up the door and supplies.  He cut the plywood that I had purchased previously and when he removed the rotting board, he noticed an infestation underneath.  I was very glad that he took the time to  point it out so that I could treat the area before replacing the board.  The reason I gave a B for professionalism is that he talked on his phone a majority of the time while he was working.  I mentioned my dismay because I didn't think he could work as efficiently, but he thought otherwise. The door installation went well and he finished in the allotted 4 hours.  I was satisfied with the quality of his work.

"Our kitchen renovation project is now complete, and we could not be happier with the final results or Get It Done Contracting.  We have never done a renovation project before, and Dave made us so comfortable from the very start, suggesting ideas, patiently answering all of our questions, and letting us know up front during the estimate that he could not predict how complicated the wall demolition would be until he could see inside the wall and kitchen soffit that was being removed.  Both while we were still shopping around for a contractor and after we signed a contract with Get It Done, Melisa was always willing to take the time to answer our questions via email (in retrospect, I am a bit embarrassed at the number of emails I sent).   Our project involved a substantial amount of demo, carpentry, and finishing work that Dave performed himself, as well as a substantial amount of electrical work.  Dave was always happy to make small changes as the project progressed, and the final price based on ?change orders? to the original work scope was very reasonable.  The electrical subcontractor was also great, and the City inspector breezed through the inspection as he was very familiar with the electrician and knew what high quality work he performed.  After seeing our finished kitchen, and asking many questions of their own, our neighbors from across the street with a similar floor plan are considering a very similar project and they have contacted Get It Done for an estimate on their project.   The fact that we recommended Dave to our neighbors and they have called Dave after seeing his work is the best evidence of our level of satisfaction.

"Belletto and I had some issues, with the work their tile person did.  However, the company has fixed and resolved every issue I have raised with them.  The issues are listed below, and I have to commend Belletto for resolving every issue I have come to them with.  I wish my experience would have seen less issues, but overall, my bathroom floors look great. 







Our interaction with Belletto started with the work beginning 4 weeks after I purchased an Angieslist deal for the tile.  Dan did come a week or so to look at the job and quoted us another 350 to do the other bathroom because we wanted the tile under the cabinet in both bathrooms.  So, the cabinet had to be removed.  When work started, the installer didn't remove the cabinet and tiled around it instead.  Belletto had to have him pull it all up and restart the job.  The installer never did remove any of the trim in the first bathroom, but instead tiled up against it.  When he was done with this bathroom, we noticed damage to our tub from him putting the toilet in it.  The owner, Dan, did pay to have this repaired.  The second bathroom went a bit smoother but still wasn't without issues.  The installer put the vanity back and used a rubber coupling to connect the drain together rather than rebuilding the drain.  I went back through and replumbed the drain.  The tile around the toilet valve looks horrible.  We had issues with the way the installer cut the carpet, and Belletto had to send a separate guy out to repair the carpet.  We noticed cracks in the grout within one day in the second bathroom.  Every one of these issues has been resolved to my satisfaction my the company.  The overall experience wasn't perfect, and that is why I haven't given them and A.  However, they did resolve the issues.
