"Innovative spas was sent to me through my home warranty company. I was pleased to hear they chose them because we are also in the market for a hot tub. After checking my pool, I was told that my T-Cell was bad, and not covered by my warranty. He has one on his truck and the list price was 1200.00. I mentioned you can buy them all day for way less. (FYI a brand named Hayward 15 T-Cell can be purchased for about 750.00. ) So after speaking to his boss he stated that he was told they would sell me the t-cell for 789.00. I felt it was fair and he was already here. But he then went on to tell me that she wanted me to pay a 125.00 service call fee. I said oh yes through my warranty it is 65.00. He said yea but we need you to pay a service call for the t-cell. I , very puzzled, thinking I was misunderstanding, said, well your already here and it is in your truck. He said I know but she is the boss. I let them know that trying to squeeze that extra 125.00 out of me told me about what kind of company they would be to work with, and I no longer care to purchase a hot tub from them. He said okay and left! I called the hot tub salesperson and told him what happened and why I would no longer be purchasing a hot tub from them. He rudely said OK! Well fine, she made her decision Good luck to you Side note: that they are telling people they should buy a soft tub instead of a real hot tub, because the soft tub fits 6 adults (not true) that is delivered price is 5700.00. (1000.00 more than anyone else) He also stated, â  Yes it only has 8 jets but you do not need jets for the benefit of a hot tub, just hot water . Due to my experience, please beware! This company operates without an ounce of integrity. Apparently they think that since pools and hot tub sales have soared since the pandemic, they can be rude and customers just have to tolerate it. I suggest you bring your money elsewhere."

"David replaced the Pentair pump on my above-ground pool, after the old one failed prematurely. He was very knowledgeable and gave me great tips to make sure this pump won't fail on me...he installed fittings that will allow me to easily disconnect and store the pump for winter. Despite a delay from the pump supplier, David stayed on top of the situation and kept me informed on the status. I'm happy to have a pool service that I can count on for my future needs. "Juan and Kevin at Aquaholics Pools and Spas were wonderful to deal with. They built us a quality pool, and we're always willing to make adjustments to the plan and talk through design questions as they came up. Their pricing was the best in the area but their quality of work was high. I dealt with one pool company where I could never get responses and I after that company failed to meet contractual obligations, I had this company take over the project. I wish I started with Aquaholics from the beginning because their work speed and quality, along with their communication was better than i could have asked for. I strongly recommend Kevin and Juan for your pool and patio needs."

"I signed up for their biweekly cleaning package which was a set price of $85 plus chemicals. My pool was dirtier than an average cleaning so I anticipated paying more for my initial service. The first time the company showed up they gave me a little less than an hour service. They showed up a few days later and gave me about an hour service. They showed up a few days later, performed more cleaning, still did not complete and said he?d be back the following Monday or Tuesday. At this time I was starting to get concerned. I contacted the company to find out what the bill was up to that point. They told me $481 with at least one more visit to go. I have never spent anywhere near that amount on a cleaning, opening, or closing of my pool. They should not have taken so many days off in between the various cleanings. By doing that they just kept allowing the algae to build and making their job more difficult. I stopped the job because I had only budgeted $350 for the entire job. When I told them that they reduced my bill to the $350. I paid my entire budget and still did not receive completion of my service. As this companys bill starts going into the ridiculous range (as compared to its competitors in this market) they should notify the customer. When they initiate a job they should complete it within the same week so as to not gouge the customer on the bill. I have gone with another company to close my pool for the year earlier than expected and I will never refer this company to anyone else."

"the work was done professionally, timely and with care take to not only correct a lot of rot damage, but also detail the fine finishes. We were impressed with the variety of work completed by Saull Construction and how well each portion of work was completed. The relationship was one where we felt informed and variables were explained in a manner we could make good decisions to move things forward. Lastly we thought the pricing extremely fair. They are very talented and we felt like we received a very good value for the work completed."

"Over the past four years we have had several competent contractors with good reputations give us quotes on a new composite deck to replace our existing wood deck that follows the contours of the rear of our 75-year-old home. Each contractor basically gave us a bid to replace our existing deck, but only responded with different design features after some prompting from us. Glenn from Decked Out had an entirely different approach that we embraced right away. Once we told him we were tired of our existing design, he wandered around the back yard by himself for about 30 minutes and came back with a very creative design that made use of contrasting colors, different levels and entirely different design from the existing deck. He totally redesigned our existing outdoor shower, doubling the size and creating a separate private drying area, complete with shelving of a contrasting color. My 2 1/2-year-old granddaughter, who just started talking, is thrilled with the shower. Even though construction was just completed in the middle of winter, each time she comes over she runs outside to the shower and exclaims “this is MY shower” and pretends to wash her hair. The shower is really cool. The crew who did the work, headed up by Mike, were very professional and cleaned up each day despite having to work through, and around, many days of miserable sloppy wet weather. One day I asked Mike if he would prop up a couple pieces of scrap wood against my shed's door so it would be easier to roll my lawn mover in. Next day I saw he had used the scrap wood to construct a ramp that looks nicer than the shed. In the few instances things turned out a little different than we had envisioned, Glenn cheerfully listen to our comments and without objection, proceeded to make the change, and politely declined when I offered to pay any additional cost he incurred. For example, when I suggested that the deck bench seemed a little narrow, Glenn himself removed the bench, took it home, and rebuilt it with contrasting colors and even added an intricate inlay design into the seat, neither of which I had requested, or even dreamed of. When the color for the contrasting color decking material that was to be used to frame the outside edge of the deck turned out to be discontinued, Glenn gladly provided replacement material at no additional charge, even though the replacement material cost him twice as much. Glenn responded to every single email, text or call of mine within a few hours. When he said he would do something, he did it, and on time. And the price was very fair based on comparisons.
