He gave me multiple pointers on how to fix this if it happened again, letting me know of multiple tools other than just the obvious "snake" that usually fixes clogged drains. Also the price he quoted on the phone was what he charged All though he did state it could get more expensive depending on severity he stayed on the lowest end of the quote and not a dollar more. Highly recommended!"

Sebastian arrived around 11:00 AM, reviewed the heater, and provided pricing options. I asked when he could get to the job and he indicated he could do the job that afternoon, he just needed to go get the materials. The installation was quick and done very well.
