"My heat pump system went down over 2 months ago and my home warranty company referred Mektek Mechanical. Jorge came out the following day to look at the system. He gathered information and took some pictures and was supposed to be arranging for a complete system replacement. He came back a few days later to get a ladder that he forgot and that was the last time I have seen him. Over the last 2 months, I have left 8 messages for management to contact me and have never received the first phone call or update. This is a terrible way to run a business."

The system I was sold included some unresolved variables that, in hindsight, should have been clarified up front. While the salesperson (Erik M.) claims we discussed them (and to his credit, we did), I left the process feeling more like I was sold a product than truly advised on the best long-term solution. I take responsibility for not doing more homework beforehand, but I expected a higher level of guidance from a company positioning itself as an expert.
