"My heat pump system went down over 2 months ago and my home warranty company referred Mektek Mechanical. Jorge came out the following day to look at the system. He gathered information and took some pictures and was supposed to be arranging for a complete system replacement. He came back a few days later to get a ladder that he forgot and that was the last time I have seen him. Over the last 2 months, I have left 8 messages for management to contact me and have never received the first phone call or update. This is a terrible way to run a business."

I take responsibility for not doing more homework beforehand, but I expected a higher level of guidance from a company positioning itself as an expert. There are many HVAC providers in Brevard, and based on my experience, I?d likely explore other options in the future. "
