"Jason quickly responded to my inquiry and came out to give estimate within a day or 2. Work was scheduled quickly upon my decision and completed satisfactorily. Work was tuck pointing chimney, block foundation, stone facing on house and stone steps."

"The quality of the work was excellent. Owner and workers were very professional and a pleasure to work with. Only complaint is that response to phone calls and emails was less than perfect, as I had to contact Chris more than once on a couple of occasions to get him to return my call or email. A relatively minor complaint compared to the general satisfaction I have with his work. I would definitely call on Artistic Landscapes again and would highly recommend them."

"timely, reasonable price and excellent work"

"If you are looking for paver patios, the installers are great. They did a very nice job, and were professional throughout. They would clean up every day before leaving, addressed any questions we had timely and we are very satisfied with the results. We also added a gazebo to our patio design. It was very clear that gazebo's are not one of their strengths. We encountered many issues with the design and build of the gazebo long before construction began. We had hired Josh in October to complete all elements of the landscaping project the following spring. Over the winter months, we had asked on many occasions for catalog photos, or anything that would confirm what the finished gazebo was going to look like. The pictures were never sent and the only indication of what it might look like came just a few days before the project began and was a very small (1x1) black and white picture. Our expectation of the gazebo was that the material used would be cedar. We had asked for glass windows that could be closed during the cooler and winter months. We were assured on many occasions that cedar material and glass windows were what we were going to get. As they were starting to build the gazebo, the material was not cedar, rather it was pressed wood. As the windows were installed, they were not glass (despite being told that very day they were glass), instead they were a plastic film over the screens. We were left in a very difficult position where we were essentially forced to concede on both elements. While the gazebo is functional, and will suit our needs, had Josh sent just ONE picture sometime in the 5 months or so prior the project start, we may have been able to make a different decision. Related, and something else to be aware of. When trying to reach Josh about start dates, etc I would say he was not always as responsive as I would have expected. Furthermore, there were multiple instances where what was promised was not delivered. Again, if you are looking at a paver or patio project - these guys are great and I would recommend their workmanship. However beware of anything more than that."

"I'm amazed! And my neighbors are very pleased with the improvement. Three Timbers removed all overgrowth and replaced old plastic edging with beautiful brick edging. Covered all flower beds with chocolate mulch. Also replaced over grown garden with gorgeous grass. They accomplished in a few days what would have taken me a few years to do it I ever got it done."

"The project was completed on time and turned out well. We have a boulder wall and the new boulders are much bigger and should stay in place. The workers were experts, very impressive. The only snag was that the machinery cut the sprinkler line and getting someone out to fix that is proving to be very sdifficult"

"All went according to plan.

"We hired Eric to redo our patio in Bloomington and we were blown away by his team's work and professionalism. Eric helped us pick the best design for our yard and our layout. Eric's team was efficient and hard working. The project was completed on time and we were so thrilled with the results. The new paver patio they installed was absolutely beautiful. We would happily recommend Eric and his team!"

"Of all the masonry contractors I've been seektng for over a year concerning my chimney which was in much need of repair. Tim with RRR returned my call promptly and came for a estimate the next morning.. AND! sold me the work at a price that beat the few others that came, explained the process clearly and had a crew here within a week. AND! the work they did was hard, professonal, clean and timely by a well mannered crew. Nate and the guys were a joy to have work on my house, they are knowledgable, polite, safe and funny. I would recommend them and most definitely hire them again if I need more done to the brick on the house."
