On Tuesday morning David came to my home. He fixed a broken kitchen cabinet, repaired a broken fence in my backyard, and gave me tips on an issue I was having with my kitchen sink. "Sam did a great job on the basement, it looks fantastic. He has good attention to detail and is very responsive via text message. Sam came up with a plan that we approved but then once the demolition was complete, we had to change the plan to replace the sewer pipes. There were also low-hanging steel beams and lots of vents that made the basement remodel a challenge. 
Sam used subcontractors for some of the work but he would come and inspect periodically to see how they were doing. The City inspectors were also a challenge to work with and Sam had to stay on them to get them to come and actually do the inspections, but it finally all got done in the end. 
While the project was expensive, (especially with the unforeseen plumbing issues) I think we got a great value for our money. Sam is a nice guy and is easy to work with as new things are discovered and have to be accommodated during a remodeling project.

"Allen came to our house to review our project. We thought our project was going to be fairly simple and replace some grout and caulk. Allen informed us that we had a much larger issue that he could not fix. Even though he could not fix it, Allen was very knowledgeable on why we were having this specific issue and how to fix it the right way. Allen educated us, sent us an email with a references to certified tile setters, how to ask the right questions when picking your tile setter contractor and videos to educate us even further. Allen is a professional, patient and courteous. He could have easily came into our house and said, “I can’t help you” and went on his way. Instead, he spent 20-30 minutes with us. If I ever get the chance to use Allen as a contractor, I will definitely be calling him!"

"Damian and his crew did an amazing job on my basement. I had at least two other contractors flake out on me and I was thinking no one would want to tackle my basement. I had multiple floods in my basement and needed a lot of sheetrock repair. I also needed a stud wall, sheetrock and electrical run for a wall I had to tear down (sump pump and drain tile installed by someone else). They handled the job no problem. Communication was excellent, they showed up on time and I never felt like they were "in the way." The workers were always polite and they left a clean work space. If I ever need more work done I would not hesitate to call them again. I feel like I have my basement back."
