"After we had some high winds, pieces of the aluminum fascia and siding under the soffits  had blown off. Our gables are very high, two story and attic on one side and almost two story on the other end. My husband and I had over 15 contractors come out and look at the needed repairs. We had priced the materials ourselves between $150.00 and 200.00 but the estimates ranged between $300.00 with plus materials to $1,500.00. Three of the contractors gave us a date for the scheduled repairs but never showed up. We were even told by some that the job was just too small. None of them showed up on time for appointments. My husband used to have a construction company years ago and we knew that the repair was simple even though several companies tried to tell us it was difficult and complicated. <br /> My first impression of Thorobilt Construction was a good one. The owner, Steve Farris, called me right back and showed up on time to look at the damage and estimated the repair cost very fairly. This was a great improvement over our past experiences. We had a few days delay to start because it was raining and that was not a problem. Joe and Chris called the day before to make sure everything was a go.  Both of them were not only very courteous and polite but very professional and knowledgeable.  Their craftsmanship was great ! ! ! The weather was really cold but it did not deter them. The repairs were done in a day and the results are wonderful. Quality workmanship shows and we are very happy with the work performed.  Steve came by the day after to make sure we were happy with the work. This was great as well. <br /> My husband and I can highly recommend Thorobilt Construction for any construction needs you may have. We will use this company in the future when the need arises. They set up a containment area to protect the rest of the basement before using any chemicals or cutting the drywall. They removed and disposed of the involved  carpet.  The technician was professional and explained the process and made recommendations on best route to take. <br />"

"After expertly matching the paint in the rest of the house with his swatches, he went to his vehicle and worked up a proposal for the job. It took about fifteen minutes for him to return, and we sat down to discuss the job. His price was a little more than others I had consulted, but I’m a firm believer in “you get what you pay for.” After talking it over, I felt that the price was fair and would indeed match the quality of the work. Additionally, he agreed, at no extra cost, to fix the minor problems that I had mentioned before. And, based on his schedule, the job could be done sometime around the end of July. On Sunday, however, Keith was putting his weekly schedule together, and he called me to see if I had made a decision. He could have someone over to start preliminary work on Wednesday. I told him that I had decided to go with him and his company. I made arrangements to get him a down payment, and we scheduled to meet again on Wednesday. Now, this is where my expectations went over the moon. Evidently, Keith had taken my concerns about having the job done before the school year began to heart. Yes, they came in on that Wednesday, but they did more than preliminary work. They got started on the job, and the entire thing was completed by that Saturday. (They even came in on Saturday to the do the job!) This demonstrates to me the professionalism of My Three Sons Painting, and it affirms their motto, “Your Satisfaction Is Our Motivation.” Again, I couldn’t be happier with the results. Keith and his staff were professional, polite, and prompt. I’m not sure that you can ask any more from a service provider. I will absolutely look to them again when I have other projects, and I will happily recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality work."

"I wasn't sure the steps could even be repaired since so much concrete had chipped off and cracked over the years.  But Grover Woody came out and looked it over and gave me an estimate on the spot.  Weather and our being out of town postponed the job, but we set a new timeline, and he came just when expected, did a wonderful job fixing the steps.  I'm so pleased with the result, and that I decided to check on repair rather than just go with replacement.  I couldn't be more pleased with the interaction with Mr. Woody and with the work he did. <br />"
