"They did a good job as far as the quality of work, they cleaned up after themselves and they were punctual. They called after the services were performed and asked when they would receive their money, this was before I had even received a bill. Felt that they were rushing me through the inspection due to wanting payment for the job. They didn't split the lines for the two separate tenants, so hot water was going to both apartments from the water heater which was only hooked up to one apartment. When I called to have this fixed, they stated that I should have told them this prior to the work and they were going to charge me like a new customer to come out and get it repaired. However, when I contacted them originally, I stated that the only thing coming between the two apartments was cold water. Graded quality nonapplicable because quality of work was good, but was done incorrectly, and felt their attitude about the correction was way off base."

"The installer and his helper, were here at the time they said and got the old one out, after the water was drained, and got the new one in fast. They did have to wrestle the new one in, because of the small space I have here in my condo, but they got in in. I have used it to take a showers since, and it is great. The new one is quiet, I don't hear the flame coming on to heat the water. The temp was a little too high, but I have changed that down some."

"Thought an outside water spigot was my problem ending more then expected but it was repaired very fast, thank you."

"The installation today by Cory could not have gone better. He called before arrival, gave me a fair estimate before starting work, completed the work in no time flat (less than 2 hours) and was a complete pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable electrician who I easily conferred with about other electrical issues and I would gladly work with Cory in the future. Highly recommended!"

"Reset breakers on hot water heater. I thought the heater was bad. Very happy that my heater was pronounced healthy and we were charged reasonably to do a flush which I asked for. Very impressed with professionalism of plumber and assistant. Clean and very respectful."

"Highly recommend! When my water heater burst, I called Got Your Six Plumbing and they were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. They had my mess cleaned up in no time! Excellent work!!"

"The project was handled efficiently, and the actual installation was less than one day. A 3 ton AC replaced the old 2.5 and so far has provided good and responsive cooling during our spring with several 90+ days."

"Work was done cheap and quickly and actually was cheaper than the quote! Thank you Mike for quality service, our hot water has been flawless! Would definitely recommend"

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
