"We interviewed several prospective contractors before deciding to work with Tim, but it was the best decision we made. From start to finish, this was not the remodeling nightmare that everyone prepared us for. Tim took time to fully understand our project, help us design two brand-new bathrooms in our upstairs space, and do it within our budget and more reasonably than any other contractor we had interviewed. Tim is extremely communicative and detailed, so we always knew where in the process we were, what was going to happen from week to week, and what we needed to do to prepare for the next phase of construction. Any changes, adjustments, or overruns (of which there were few) were discussed and agreed upon well-in advance. In the end, Tim built us two spacious bathrooms upstairs and moved our laundry up there, in the space of the original, small bathrooms. "The handyman, Paul, was punctual, professional and did quality work. He replaced the small section of my wood soffit that had water damage with new wood, painted it and caulked. He cleaned up the area when he was done. Paul also re-secured several of my window shutters that had loose screws. He spray painted the screw caps to match the color of my shutters. "
