"They did a great job. Since they have cleaned my gutters, I have not seen any ice hanging from the gutters or on my sidewalk. I would use them again and I would highly recommend them."

"Fast, clean, professional, communicative and friendly! Have used them previously to replace gutters and soffits. When we needed a new roof they were the first call we made. Couldn?t be happier with their service and craftsmanship."

"Fast work. Great communication up until trying to communicate with project manager. Was told everything would be completed within two days. The roof was done in one which was awesome, but I am still waiting on gutters a week later and won't be given a day/time for them. Just keep being told "early next week" or "tomorrow". Sales portion and inspection went great. Fantastic everything up until the install."

"Very timely answering questions and completing work Great customer service"

"I initially wanted to hire this company to install gutter guards. They looked at the gutters and told me they were unnecessary because I have no trees around the house at all. Such honesty! SO I hired them to clean and inspect the gutters and fix multiple leaks. They did and during the detailed inspection found a problem with the way the roof shingles were installed on one side of the patio several years ago. The wood on the patio roof was rotting out. I called the roofing company and they fixed the shingles. So thanks to All American Gutters I now have functional, clean gutters and the rain is properly draining into the gutters. Very happy. This company is honest, thorough, and management is committed to excellence."

"The salesman was very professional and clearly explained how their gutter covers would be installed and the technical advantages of their product."

"I had a great experience all around with the repairs and gutters done by CW Home Inspectors."

"I had a garage roof replaced and was very pleased with the outcome. Paul was very professional from start to finish. He has a very warm personality and did not talk over me. This made it easier for me to communicate with him and ask questions from the beginning of the project (estimate presentation) to roof installation. He was quick to respond to my voice messages. Never did I feel pressured to hurry and make a decision. When the crew arrived they were very respectful and got right to work. The job was completed within the estimated time provided. The crew did a great cleanup job afterwards."

"Simply put, you will NOT find a better, more honest, more helpful, more easy-to-work-with, reasonably priced contractor than John Lee and his crew at J & K Home Improvement & Restoration! We had a "complicated" set of circumstances when our home was damaged by a storm, last winter. The insurance company sent out an estimator to assess the damage and, after the company recommended J & K Home Improvement & Restoration, I was introduced to John Lee. I eventually learned that John also does estimates for a variety of insurance companies (because his company is so well regarded), and he patiently listened as I described the nuances associated with our house. During our initial consultation, he was able to clearly describe all of the steps that would be necessary and answer all of our questions. Long story short, not only was John able to address EVERY single concern and request that we had regarding the eventual repairs to the house (including roof, siding, and a window upgrade that would have cost much more if we had done it at a later time), but he spent plenty of extra time making sure that everything we had talked about was addressed to our 100% satisfaction! He was also able to persuade the insurance company to cover more complete repairs than was originally specified by the first adjuster! In addition, when we had an electrical "hiccup" associated with all the pounding on the walls, John quickly sent an expert electrician to locate and correct the problem. He absolutely could have passed those charges on to us because the failure wasn't due to any mistake on the part of his crew but, instead, he picked up the unanticipated expense himself. It was truly a pleasure to work with John! He made a difficult situation as easy to manage as possible, and we would strongly recommend J & K Home Improvement & Restoration to anyone who wants to hire a quality contractor that stands behind their work and well-earned reputation!"
