They replaced my standard downspouts with larger 3x4 inch downspouts. I also had them reinforce a bulging portion of a gutter. While the workers were out there installing the downspouts, they also cleared debris from my gutters which was not required. The gutters are spotless. I dealt with Leonel (Leon) from beginning to end and he was a joy to work with. It was an enjoyable and smooth process from getting the estimate to finishing the project. Really hassle free. "Customer Svc (calling into the office for scheduling/ followup) huge pain. The scheduling process is tedious. They pummel you with a barrage of emails, texts, phone calls. Their price is double other reasonable specific providers vs local handyman providers. I went with these guys based on their claim they *fix/repair* any minor defects. My oversized gutters were new a few years b4 service. I cleaned the gutters myself up until Ned Stevens work. I thought the check and fix was a good decision. As a result of this work, I now have downspouts separating from the gutter that I cannot fix myself. I expected much more for $190. Their *deals* $7 off , 10% off offer no value in my opinion."
