Despite a structural framing added repair, he was able to stay slightly under budget from the original estimate and even completed the project about 2 days earlier than originally planned. All of his staff were extremely polite, professional, hard-working & trustworthy. I felt very comfortable having them work in the house without our presence. We were also so appreciative of their flexibility to work around our last minute schedule changes."
