"Excellent Service! Arrived on time, they allowed me to vacuum the floors after the old carpet and padding was removed (I highly recommend you do this, there was a ton of dirt/dust). They were very clean and did not scratch the walls! Although the price is quite a bit higher then Lowe's/Home Depot, its so worth it because the customer service is fantastic and our carpet was in stock! I had an issue with the transition pieces; I texted a photo to the carpet salesman and within hours they had a man out to fix the problem!!
