"It went fantastic. Ian Osborne, the company owner, was hands on all the way through the process. From the selection of materials to the installation phase, Ian and his team were professional, courteous, and efficient. They showed up when they said they would show up and they worked diligently the whole time they were at our house. The end product was so well done that we had several subcontractors commenting about how good the workmanship was and how the installation was so precise. Cabinet doors lined up perfectly. I was particularly impressed with the fabrication and installation of the top moulding. Our ceilings are not level and they made sure they trimmed the moulding to account for it. It fit perfectly with no gaps. Ian is incredibly responsive. He returns phone calls, text messages, and emails promptly. We had a minor issue with our counter installation. The installer wanted additional support put around our sink area. I thought it was something the counter installer should do, but one call to Ian and he had his guys at the house within a half hour to put in the additional support. It was an absolute pleasure working with Ian and his team. I would not hesitate to recommend him for custom built cabinets or any other job. (He also does entire kitchen renovations!) <br />"

"The DTC crew was professional and took care to protect my carpet and furniture and was sure to clean up at the end of each day.  No debris was left on-site.  Overall, we were happy with their work and our kitchen is gorgeous. <br /> Minor issues and recommendations to other customers: <br /> 1.  Brenton is usually anywhere from 15-45 minutes late, but he apologetic and has a good personality.  The actual construction crew is on-time. <br /> 2.  We wanted to use one contractor for all of the work and had DTC install our bamboo floors.  I would recommend hiring a professional floor installer next time. <br /> 3.  The shut-off valve for our refrigerator water line froze and leaked after the refrigerator was re-installed, damaging the newly installed floors.  I would recommend that you have this valve replaced whether you need to or not...cheap insurance. <br /> 4.  DTC quoted an installation cost of $75 per lighting fixture.  They did not state that this cost is only to replace an existing fixture and we wanted to add light fixtures. <br /> 5.  Make sure you know what you want in finishes, etc. <br />"

"We went in for an estimate on new cabinets. We shopped around and with out question Golden Cabinets provided the best customer service. They asked us want kinds of features we wanted and while we were dreaming up our new kitchen they were building it on paper. I was amazing how fast and how accurate the drawings were - we essentially gave them the dimensions of our kitchen and they reproduced in on paper within minutes - they asked us what we wanted and with a few minutes there was our dream kitchen on paper. "We were looking for an auto transporter to transfer an older (not classic) car from Virginia to Nevada. We did our due diligence and researched the potential companies that could complete the task in the most efficient and cost effective manner. Three providers were interviewed and quotes were obtained and, interestingly, we found that there was considerable differences in the information that was given and the commitments that were made. We delayed contacting Auto Transporters Online for over a week, cutting into "our timeline" significantly as the expense for the transport had three tiers of cost options, even though the lowest tier was comparable to the competitors. From the reviews read, Auto Transporters Online was a smaller company and there were less reviews posted on Angie's List and BBB. As it turned out, we should have gone with the initial "gut instinct" from the beginning and chosen Auto Transporters Online and saved ourselves from the resulting stress. This may be a small company in comparison to others, but this company offers a personalized touch and pride in a job well done, offering a true customer service model.  <br /> Our situation was apparently somewhat unique in that we wanted to ship the car from Virginia and have it arrive in Nevada at the same time (or a day or two later) that we arrived in Nevada (driving a second car). We were relocating and did not have a designated person to ship the car from Virginia or receive the car in Nevada other than ourselves so the timeline of travel was our limiting factor. The week of research (and frustration) had us at wit's end and ready to call it quits and look for an alternative method of getting both cars to Nevada.  <br /> Dave Miller was contacted by phone on the evening of May 11th and reacquainted him with our situation and the quote that he had provided over a week before and options available were discussed in detail. Dave was understanding of the situation and told us what he could and could not accomplish. He was personable, courteous and professional. We made the commitment and forwarded the paperwork to him that evening. By the time, we awoke and checked email the next morning, Dave had a potential driver that could pick the car up on the 12th (that day) and deliver it to Nevada within the time period desired with a 2 day flexible window. This was perfect! <br /> The car was prepared and picked up on the 12th of May from Virginia and delivered the 20th in Northern Nevada. There were no issues upon delivery. Contact with the driver and Dave Miller occurred throughout the 9 day period, either by phone or by email. <br /> We are very happy with the service provided by Auto Transporters Online and would not hesitate to contact them again. Dave Miller is trustworthy, personable, committed and professional. He provided exemplary customer service at a time when customer service is a misunderstood concept and delivered by very few. "The new cabinet doors are gorgeous and are very well matched both in color and wood design to the other cabinets that were not replaced. I know matching old with new can be very difficult. He and Marcia went out of their way to assure a correct match, with a good amount of time spent through trial and error to get the color right. Satoshi is obviously very skilled and conscientious not only about his work, but also listening to the wishes of the client. He takes much pride in his work. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!"
