He also figured out a strange issue with the water pressure for our kitchen faucet, including replacing the shutoff valves and installing a new faucet. When our basement was flooding and we couldn't figure out why, he was the first person we called and he was able to get out to the house later that same day. It was all very mysterious, but he thought it might be a clog in our main drain so he referred us to someone who could snake the drain and didn't charge us a penny himself. The person he referred also came out and got the work done that day, and it did indeed solve our issue. Robert is definitely our go-to plumber now!"
