Alicia’s crew — Danielle, Lucas, and Damian — were absolutely fantastic. They arrived on time and ready to tackle the monster of a space we had created. They were hardworking, efficient, thoughtful, and patient throughout the entire process. The end result is an organized, functional basement that we can actually walk through. Everything is grouped by function and easy to access. We truly could not have done this without them. They even took our donations to a nearby location and helped us haul items to a dumpster we rented. They were always good-natured and polite, with zero judgment about our quirky stuff. If there ever is any sort of small omission or problem, she immediately offers whatever is necessary to make it right (this is rare). "I have now had 4 pickups from this company. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. SO MUCH cheaper and better service than any dumpster company I have used!"

Our review was accurate but the reply to our review, left by J & M Pro Cleaning, led me to believe they must be talking about a completely different house! Never again!) However, A Star Quality Cleaning Company, LLC is AMAZING!! Our experience with Tracy was fantastic and we went on to book ongoing cleanings with this company. Scheduling was done via email and was super easy. The company went out of their way to accommodate us and Lynn was very nice re. the scheduling, etc. The cleaner, Tracy, was more than we could have hoped for! She accomplished more in two hours than the entire 3 person team from J & M did in FOUR hours! Tracy was friendly and professional. Her work ethic was enviable. She was willing to forego part of her break in order to clean my kitchen floor, because it exceeded the 2 hour time we had booked. I did not allow her to do this but she was more than willing. I couldn't be happier with Tracy and with this cleaning service. I wish we had contacted them first! I will recommend them to family and friends for sure. No one should look any further than this company if you want AWESOME service at a VERY reasonable cost. VERY HAPPY!!!!"
