They laid pavers but disappeared all June, ignoring calls and texts. Returned briefly in July but didn?t finish the floating deck. The backyard was left torn up with grass destroyed from storing inventory for weeks. They lacked skill to build the pergola properly, missed parts, and never inventoried materials. Wiring was poorly done with exposed wires needing multiple fixes. The motorized pergola remote was missing, then replaced with the wrong model and never calibrated. No progress updates or functional tests. Pavers loosened weeks after sealing. Supposed 3-week project dragged on 12+ weeks, still unfinished. Overpriced for subpar work. No apologies or compensation.
