Jason also visited the work site most days and we reviewed the work each time. Jason quickly responded to several concerns we had and solved the problems quickly. The job supervisor, Walter, was also did a great job. Like Jason, he was very responsive to our concerns and ensured that the quality of the work met our requirements. "We chose "My Kitchen and Bath" after having studied the proposals from four other kitchen designers over several months. Josh at the Vienna show room guided us through all the pros and cons of the different options and always was patient in answering our questions and helped us stay on budget. This was our first remodel and we had a lot to learn. We knew this would be a major renovation but it happened as Josh had indicated and the time line was followed from ordering the cabinets to finishing the remodel. Once they started the whole project was completed in four weeks including hte refinish of the wood floor on that level of our town house. The technical staff (Ricardo and Juan with helpers) were professional, hard working and knowledgeable and clearly wanted to deliver a good product. They arrived on time and cleaned up every day.
