"We had the Geek Squad out 3 times to repair our dishwasher. It was worse after each visit. The 4th time I called them to try and get it done again they said that our warranty had ran out. But 5hat if we wanted to pay them they would come back out. Yeah rite! So we were blessed to be in contact with Bergen Co, LLC. It took him an hour to assess the situation and fix it. We plan to have them back out to do some more work for us."

"He was great, we had him refinish the floors of our bedroom, he redid the window dressing. I live in a house built in 1929 and we had him rip up the carpeting and there were beautiful hardwood floors underneath that he also refinished."

"I talked with Greg Garrison, one of the owners, over the phone about the type of tile I liked, and he brought out a few boards (since I do not live close to Avon). I absolutely loved one of the tile selections for the floor! He had really tracked exactly what I was looking for. I bought the shower tile from another vendor because I had already chosen these. Greg promptly gave me a quote for the floor tile, and for the installation of the floor and shower tile. I made the downpayment. His company began the work on the exact date they said they would. He came out periodically to check on the work, and talk with me to see how things were going. He gave me pointers on grout selection and sealers. The installer was a true artisan. My shower and floor are gorgeous! Greg is a very nice person, is primarily concerned with the customer being satisfied, sells quality products, and hires professional installers. There were many times I was not at home when they were working, and I felt comfortable. This is not normal for me. Ours was not an easy installation. As often happens, there were some unforeseen contingencies. Nevertheless, he stuck with his original estimate, was courteous, and apologetic for any delays or inconveniences, even if they were not his fault. I give this company my highest recommendation."

"He installed the ceramic tiles in January and the job was good and I was satisfied of the job.  However, in June I noticed the tile and grout was cracking. They have a one year warranty. When I called him, he said he would come out to look at it. It took him 4 weeks to come out and look at the tile and grout.. He said he would fix the tilesand grout at no charge. However, it took him 3 months to completethe job. Sometimes he didn't show up when he said he would.  Sometime he wouldn't return my call.  He had alot of excuses.  It was very frustrating and I never knew what to expect and when my floor would be complete.  At one point, my floor was tore up for 2 weeks to replace only about 6 tiles."

"Greg did an excellent job on our entire master bathroom suite. He built a walk-in tile shower area, reconstructed the closet area to maximize space and re-built  the toilet area to make a highly funtional and beautiful area.We have lived in the bathroom area for 2 plus years with no problems. The only issue we had was how long it took to complete. Part of the challange was the project was larger than originally scoped. We are completely satisfied with all of the work."
