After the repair was complete he gave us a couple of options as far as paying for the repair for that day or choosing a annual plan which included an annual tuneup for the air-conditioner and furnace. He was not high pressure just laid out what the offer was. We choose the later since we needed to have that none anyway next year. Very pleased with the service.
