"I have had a lot of experience with contractors in the past for work in my house. I must say this was my best experience. The workers were on time each day as is Very important with my work schedule. Protective of non work areas , to and from the bathroom project. They completed the project on time. The work was exceptional. The (owner) contractor was in contact with me during the whole project in person and on the phone anytime I needed."

"A+ Job. Addressed all my concerns."

"Very professional. Extremely organized and neat, pays attention to detail. The workers have been with Landis for a long time and are very nice and do great work. Steve Landis the owner is always in communication with us and his workers each day making sure everything is going smoothly. We had other quotes and some a little cheaper but he does not cut corners and in his initial walk around and quote he is very specific about the kinds of paint and why he is making the specific choices which we did not get from other quotes. Each day they would clean up. He and his workers take pride in there work. He and the workers made excellent suggestions which we appreciated. We trusted them throughout the process and did not have to stay on top of them because of this trust once we saw how they worked. They arrived promptly every day. We were so appreciative of the work that they were doing that we bought them lunch which they vey much appreciated. We are extremely happy with the final result . Exceeded our expectations. Top quality workmanship."

"Ricardo called the next day and he met with me as agreed. His bid was the most fair for a Great room, dining room, 3 bedrooms, 11 stairs, foyer and entertainment room. He also agreed to do the job as requested over a two week period. He helped us move heavy furniture which not many would do. He and his crew were very nice. The floors came out Great! Thanks"

"Went slowly but carefully. Satisfied with result. I’d hire them again."

"i called multiple companies and decided to go with precision paint and power washing. I got my garage door painted and needed my bathroom vanity refinished a different color, it was a oak color and instead of spending a lot of money to replace the whole thing she suggested refinishing it with chalk paint , the end result is beautiful, I am so glad i didn't change it, now it looks modern with a nice white, she even left me a can of wax so i can re wax it as needed and it wont get damage easily. Thank you again for your time and effort. Great work"
