We had asked about the weed killer in use as we wanted to be sure to avoid Round Up. It took several attempts and weeks to get the answer. <br>After the Angie's Deal treatments, we received a notice with the offer to continue the service (in essence, it automatically continues until you call and cancel). We decided to continue the service and tried to take advantage of the prepaid price on offer, but the website didn't allow us to complete the payment. We left a message on the company's phone and asked for help to complete the order, but didn't get a response. We tried again a few weeks later and finally reached somebody (owner) and were told that we are too out of the way for them. They did the Angie's List deal for us to not disappoint us, but wouldn't be interested in the continuation of our contract. While we understand the reasoning, we are disappointed about the the effort and time it took to get a simple response. <br>"
