"Great customer service. Sewer line needed repair and all options were quoted in a timely manner. The option I chose was agreed to but couldn't be implemented due to configuration of pipe, while disappointing, the price quoted for this option was used as baseline for option that could be done. Additional time was taken by Mr. Rooter team to review appropriate option to be implemented. Permits were obtained in short order and the work done. Several appointments were required and all were kept on time. The Mr. Rooter employees were polite, professional and committed to providing the best possible solution. If the need arises, I would use their services again and recommend them to others as well. I want to single out their lead, Drew Langley, for his genuine interest in working with me to determine the optimal solution for this problem. "The video pipe inspection (which you get on a USB) really educates you on whats the state of your piping, from the mains back into the house. For me, I initially thought we had a back flow issue from the main sewage line, however the video showed it to be tree roots which are accessing the pipe; about 6 feet from the basement wall. They removed what they can of the roots that made it inside the pipe. I would need a plumber to dig it up and fix the root issue further, should I choose to do so."

"We had contacted Anthony to try and solve an issue of getting water in our basement during heavy rainstorms.  Anthony was extremely quick to respond to all emails and made time to come out to our home not only once for an initial consultation and quote, but again a second time to do a final run through with both my husband and I.   He was extremely knowledgable about the work that needed to be done and seemed 100% confident in his proposed solution.  I was impressed with how quickly he was able to identify what was wrong and he took the time to clearly explain it to us.  He was also willing to discuss price and tried to really work with us.  Unfortunately, I am expecting our second child any day now and, after receiving the final walk through, we had some complications that forced us to rethink our immediate financial needs. "First they replaced the hot water heater, that went very well and we have had no problems since. So we called them back to install a faucet in our kitchen and water controls for our bath tub/shower. Again great job and no problems. We called them back to install two outdoor faucets and a T for the icemaker in our refrigerator, again great job no problems.
