Allen pointed out that more than one piece of structural wood needed replacing. He also pointed out where the deck and addition weren’t properly anchored to the house. He submitted a 14 page estimate detailing everything he would be using and doing. If you want the best and don’t mind paying a few dollars more for his precise, professional, and well crafted work, you need to contact Allen."
