"I had another company come out and verify that I needed to have work done on my roof and had confirmed I'd need to replace the roof. After reaching out to a number of companies only Certified was able to provide me the comfort of excellent communication (many didn't have the courtesy to reply to my inquiries) and references to sign on the dotted line. They were one of the few companies that had expertise with flat roofs as well as shingle and were able to work around my roof mounted HVAC unit by moving it as needed. They installed a white Mule Hide TPO roof on my main roof as well as on my addition and replaced the roofs for my front porch (which has started to leak and wasn't draining into the gutter) as well as my steep mansard roof. One company I dealt with in the initial phase was unwilling to answer questions I had with regard to the CRRC ratings of the TPO but Certified was always upfront with me and provided me with continuous updates as the work progressed, all via email and by phone. I'd originally expected to have shingles on the former BUR roof on my addition, but the crew determined that a flat roof was more appropriate and replaced it with TPO, with an explanation for their change and at no additional cost. The warranties provided as well as the licensure and insurance were a critical factor to my selection (too many companies seem to be operating in a legal gray area) and I don't expect to have any problems with the work completed, but if I do I know they stand behind their work."

"Samantha, from Central Exteriors, was very nice. She understood with the upcoming rain, a repair was urgent. She scheduled Walter to come to our house the same day to make the repairs. Walter came out, explained exactly what he was going to do, and took care of the issue. He showed us how the bolts used were too short, causing the issue. He explained that using caulk to patch the holes would have only been a temporary fix, so he replaced the shingles. You can't even tell now there was a satellite dish there at one time."

"Replaced a roof on storage shed, repair fascia and replaced gutters. The team was quick and professional. Everything was done in one day to my complete satisfaction."

"Very pleased with the entire roof install project. I would recommend them to anyone looking for roofing repairs. Dylan and Allan's crew handled everything seamlessly from start to finish."

"I had my roof replaced by On Top 25 years ago (Yes - in September 1995 !) and have never had a problem with it. When it was time for a new roof (and after 25 years it certainly was) I had no hesitation in going back to On Top. Don had since been joined by his son Nick and it was a pure pleasure dealing with them (AND Jose - who had worked on my roof 25 years ago.) Bottom Line: their price was more than competitive with the other bids I got, they started promptly and finished up in one day, and did a THOROUGH clean-up afterwards. (After carefully searching around the house the next day I found exactly ONE nail in the driveway.) If a relative, friend, or neighbor asks me for a roofing recommendation I would tell them to call On Top FIRST !"

"I do not know the price as my husband took care of it. I think the thing was they came out and they had three crews working and they came out and got it done. The guys that worked on roof worked very hard. They did there job. We did have a problem afterwards but that may have existed beforehand but they are coming back to look at it. They had replaced rotted boards and fixed some leaking from the gutters by replacing them. They're responsive, there is a lot of phone tag but they always call back. But in today's world things are different than what they were long time ago. They were on top of it. They came when they said they were going to. They worked right thru and they worked hard. We never got another estimate from anyone else we just went with them."

"I couldn’t be happier with the roofing repair I received! From the very first call, the team was professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. They came out quickly to assess the issue, gave me a clear and honest estimate, and got the job done right the first time. The crew was respectful of my property, cleaned up thoroughly, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. My roof looks great, and I feel confident knowing it’s been repaired with care and quality materials. Highly recommend Priority Construction to anyone in need of roofing work—you won’t be disappointed!"

"Worked very hard to get my roof replaced ASAP. I made them aware of our current leaking situation and my worry and they had new shingles and a crew here within 2 business days of me signing the contract and our roof was complete that day. Overall experience from quoting to replacement was easy. They were the lowest bidder out of 4 local contractors. We've had lots of rain since it was completed LEAK FREE!! Would definitely recommend them to a friend."
