"It went very well. They arranged the best time to do the work. They brought a thoroughly professional crew that worked steadily and did a great job. They were on time each day and did it all (it is a big roof) in two days working the entire days. It took two days because it was not just a re-shingling, it included replacing the entire roof with 1/2" plywood (up to code) rather than the old 1/4" stuff, GAF shingles, roof vents, etc. The clean-up was very thorough, although I did find about 16 nails scattered around after they left. Could have been a problem, but no damage done. The two follow up items that needed completion (they had done some damage to an attic entry hatch and to the two skylights) took about a month, but they were done completely and professionally with a lot of follow-up appointment but a number of different workers. And, true to their word, they did not ask for their fee until the job was done to my satisfaction."
