While CSI wasn't the cheapest on our list of home inspection and radon testing quotes, the cost was more than reasonable for the level of service that we received. Ron, our home inspector, was fantastic! He arrived early, and I don't think he could have been more thorough than he was! He was very friendly and personable, and was more than willing to answer our questions during the inspection. He went through the entire home with a fine toothed comb! He pointed out defects that he found, and explained things in detail. He also highlighted the positive things he found. Used a drone to inspect the roof and chimney, and thermal imaging to check for hidden moisture. I feel like we have an excellent idea of the condition of the property we are buying, which has done a lot in making us feel more comfortable! The report we receiced within 24 hours was professional and clearly written with appropriate photos attached. "There was no cost for the parts, but there was a cost for the labor. They handle my home and my rental property. They're prompt and they take care of it right away. I always think it's a little expensive. They charge an hourly rate. Unfortunately, this was one of the things where they had to sit and wait for a long time for something to happen. So it cost a little more, but you've got to pay for what you get. I use them all the time. They're very good, they're very prompt and very professional. Promptness is very important too."
