First visit: representatives (who thoughtfully wore masks as we did) from both a Lowe's and Blue Ridge Heating & Air came to see what was needed (and which type of Generac generator we would purchase). Second visit: a supervisor from BRH&A to figure out more details and schedule the installation. Had to wait about a month due to their workload. They said it would take three days and it did. Chandler and Nathan came on time and did an excellent job & coordinated the inspections (gas and electrical)."

"I contacted the provider to repair a leaky dishwasher.  The provider was very responsive and professional.  He discussed options over the phone prior to the appointment to ensure he would have all the supplies he needed upon his appointed arrival.  His concern was to save me money by not needing to make two visits to my home.  He also had me send photos.  He arrived on time and was very friendly.  He spent approx. 30-45 minutes trying to duplicate the problem so he could initiate repairs.  Unfortunately, the dishwasher would not leak while he was at my home.  He suggested I try using a different brand of dishwasher soap and advised me to call him again if needed. <br />"
