"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"The repair of my clothes washer is not complete, needed to order parts."

"The receptionist did not convey my voice mail message to the tech who was scheduled to come out on a Sat. Morning. I left a message with my model numbers, and he never got the message. Fortunately he happened to have the parts on his truck and did not have to reschedule. Derek, the tech, was on time and work efficiently and fixed my washer and microwave in less than an hour."

"A team was sent and diagnosed a bad motor. Motor had to be picked up 1 1/2 hours away the next morning. Since weather was VERY cold, they left space heaters for our tenants to use, and replaced the motor the next morning. Way above and beyond excellent service"

"Well done. We have used Baker's for many jobs over the years. They do well on HVAC and routine electrical jobs, but not on complicated or high level electrical jobs."
