I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

"Our 5 year-old LG refrigerator stopped working due to a compressor gone bad. We called John Michael & Associates, who gave us a quote and encouraged us to call LG for authorization to receive replacement parts because they were still under warranty. John came the next morning to complete the repair, and had all neccesary parts with him. He was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and quite helpful, providing considerable detail about the repair while he worked. It's now a week later and our refrigerator is working well. John will be our go-to person for any future appliance repairs, for sure!"

"I wanted a local company to repair my LG washing machine and found Midway Appliance on Linwood-Southmont Rd in Lexington. I called midmorning Weds; the phone was answered promptly and was informed that I would shortly be receiving a call from a service tech to schedule a time. About 90 minutes later, Sam called and made an appt for later afternoon. Sam quickly identified the problem but had to order a part. He provided an estimate for the cost of the repair and when it could be completed. The part arrived late Friday and he came by 9am Saturday morning to install, put the washer back in its place, and ran it through a test mode. Worked perfectly! Total cost was $240 for part, labor, and service call. I felt that was very reasonable given the cost of the part."
