"Jeremiah was amazing with customer service. Attentive, always responded. Lamar was the technician. I just didn’t feel like he had a lot of experience but he was here quite awhile, inside and outside the home. Jeremiah said they charged $299 and no mileage fee, but did not mention that the two tests to see if it was black mold would be $700! That was upsetting but you were stuck because you had paid $300 for him to come out. It took a while to get tests back but that wasn't their fault. Just wish we hadn't been blindsided, but otherwise very reliable."

"FlynnWarden (owner) and nephew Jason came and did a very through inspection of entire home to see if mold in basement had spread to other areas--(had not).Got complete,through report from certified lab identifying each type of mold and concentration. Mold was carpet far enough that they removed all 900 sq. ft. Also had to demolish some portions of Rosewood paneling and studs, etc. Jason brought a crew of 7, took 2 days and quality of staff and clear competence eliminated our problem. Subsequent testing and lab report showed no mold! While this was costly, great value was received. We used industrial size true HEPA air handlers on all 3 floors to capture any mold that may have become airborne. Crew were responsive and great to work with. Mold made me (but not wife and son) very sick---- nauseous, headache,etc. The fact that that stopped,shows that we are mold free. I have talked to friends who are in the business of renovation (one has 25 rental properties), restoration,etc. and they have either used AAA, or know of them by reputation. All have the same opinion as I----5 star. So, would I recommend AAA? Yes , without reservation. We had at least six estimates for waterproofing our basement and although not nearly the cheapest, we were impressed by the presentation and the personnel and low key sales approach. The work was done last week and again we were impressed with the crew doing the work, the care given to hold down the dust created, the quality of the materials used, and the willingness of the crew to keep us apprised of the job as it progressed. The was great care given to cleanup of what is a very messy job. We waited until the repair had been “battle tested”, (and this inclement weather has certainly accomplished that) before writing a recommendation. We could not be more pleased at this point. "My basement had water continually flowing in for several days due to the amount of rain we were experiencing.  I contacted Ameri-Dry who sent a representative out that evening (7:30pm) to provide an estimate and determine scope of work.  He had been working out of town and came by my house on his way home that evening.
After a contract was signed and work scheduled, they arrived when promised and work was done in the estimated amount if time.  We had some snow and ice during that time and these gentlemen showed up for work in these conditions.
Very professional and skilled crew.  They knew what they were doing and worked hard to get it completed.
I've had no more problems with water in my basement since that time and we have had some hard rains since.
I would recommend them to anyone.
