"We had a leak under our kitchen sink and called Matt's Plumbing. They gave us a time that they could come, and showed up promptly.
Matt and Jim diagnosed the problem and said we needed a new strainer unit for the sink. While installing it, they realized that some of the piping wasn't quite long enough, and replaced it with a little longer pipe without charging us anything extra. Matt and Jim were very professional and I would definitely use there services again if the need arises. Thanks guys!

"This was our first Aqua Clear System ! The installation was done by Brian Christian & Dustin !! Both men were very professional and explained everything they were doing thoroughly ! (sometimes a couple of times) They was always asking if we had any questions !! Dustin asked me were I wanted the faucet -on the sink- to make sure I was pleased with the placement . Brian did a Great job placing & taking care to fit everything in a compact area -so I have still room in my panty closet . Unfortunately, the lamp post connection had a short in it, and the company was extremely responsive in working up an estimate and completing the work, which involved replacing a buried line that had been nicked in multiple places by a trimmer. The work was done well, professionally by courteous people, and I absolutely would not hesitate to call them for their expertise in future. The cost includes both visits - great pricing for such great work."

"Everything went fine. I like the new look from the cheap builders to a really nice system. There were delays. I'm sure there were other emergencies that were beyond their control as well but we also had some weather issues too. They were good. With the inside work, their clean up people weren't very good about putting it exactly the way it was. We found paint chips because they had to shave some paint off the ceiling. I picked up some paint chips and they didn't clean up as good as what they said they would do. There was nothing I was totally dissatisfied, it was just that I wish they had been a little more detailed. I'm extremely detailed. I'm an engineer and I'm very picky. There were some things that I wish that they had been more diligent about but overall, they were good."

"Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."
