I got approval from hoa and tim and i discussed the senate bill 1588. Hoa wasntnhappy with fence but they mistakenly approved it. After the fence was done code enforcement contacted me stated it wasnt up to code and has to come down. They say it has to be see through. And has to be setback 5 feet from sidewalk. I had no idea.
