I researched the quality stamp on the wood, and I found out the wood, made in China, had high moisture content, excessive knots, and some splinters- and the rating said, " do not use in high humidity areas." Note: He previously did a section of fencing for me, and it had a higher quality wood rating."

After the fence was done code enforcement contacted me stated it wasnt up to code and has to come down. They say it has to be see through. And has to be setback 5 feet from sidewalk. I had no idea. I assumed since he does fences all 9ver montgomery county and he said he did fences in other hoas that he dis his research. He did not. Im fighting city now and inwill likely use. Why should i have to pay for fence that was illegal."
