"I hired Arnold Masonry to find and fix a water leak in my chimney that had somehow survived two previous masons / chimney repairs, re-flashing twice, and replacing the roof. The good: * He was the only mason (of this round) who even returned my call. * He was the first to suggest that he starts by finding the leak with a garden hose. * He found the leak on the first day, and identified that the problem was a crumbling chimney cap due to inferior construction. * He replaced the chimney cap, and the leak has stopped (even through two hurricanes). * Total time: 3 days of labor, totaling about $4500. The bad: No complaints about the masonry performed, but * The leak-finding method only works if he actually sprays water into the leak. I didn't mind-- The interior stains were so bad that I didn't mind making them worse and I was pretty desperate to fix the problem-- but it makes the damage worse before it makes it better. (And you need to sign a waiver for the damage.) * He wants to be paid cash, on a daily basis. However, he does not seem to like to make predictions about how much each day will cost, so you either need to have a lot of cash on hand or run out to the bank when he finished for the day."

"I referred Champion Fence to our Neighbors for a property divide fence. They called back right away and delivered great workmanship with overall professionalism and integrity. Great experience, great team work.... I'd definitely use and/or recommend them!"

"Arnold & crew were prompt & really listened to us. He didn't oversell his solution to our patio replacement which involved related drainage issues on window wells. They also replaced spalled bricks at windows, and added a 'pad' to our driveway.. Quality products at reasonable rates.. with Arnold's honesty and experience, you know you chose the right contractor!"

"We needed to replace a patch of our living room ceiling due to damage from a water leak upstairs. We contacted C&B, who responded and quoted us a price quickly. The price was fair for a multi-day job, they got it done within a week, and they even helped us repaint the ceiling. Very professional, courteous, and trustworthy. We'd strongly recommend!"

"I contracted C.U. Building Dreams LLC to rebuild my back deck with a different footprint and to build a patio. Additionally, I had the siding on the back of the house replaced. Claudio and his team did an excellent job, adhering to a timely schedule and offering a fair price. They went above and beyond my expectations and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the project. During Claudioâ s first visit, he collaborated with me to develop a proposed design, immediately showing me the new layout on his iPad. He produced a quote within a few days. Claudio was quick to resolve any unexpected issues that arose during the project. I would not hesitate to hire him and his team for future work."

"Outstanding!! After doing significant research we contacted Sensible home products to remove a porch and shed that had completely rotted out and install a new deck for replace each. The result was better than we had anticipated. Jeremy and his crew did an amazing job."

"Spend less time waiting for a contractor to call you. Call J&P Restoration! They were real pro's at renovating my kitchen, creating a powder room and washer & dryer area. Work is of the highest quality taking all my needs into consideration."

"I recommend Sky City for a deck build or replacement. The owner Vasyl was very easy to work with and made suggestions to improve the project. The crew arrived when expected and completed the job in about 2 weeks. The quality was excellent."

"Noah and his team took care of our home like it was their own. They took their time to get everything exactly right, arrived when they said they would and cleaned up before leaving each day and at the end of the job they put every piece of furniture back in place. We are so happy with the result. This is the 4th time weâ  ve worked with Noah (bathroom demo and redo, deck and screen porch) and we will hire him again for our next job."
